Embody the breath and intention with graceful yoga sequences that will stretch and strengthen the mind and body. Emphasis is placed on fluid movement and mindful presence.
All levels practice encourages advanced students to be more mindful as they go deeper and beginning students to be more present as they get rooted in the fundamentals.
