Notice your breath and the weight in your feet, notice the length of your spine and the effort of the muscles around the neck and shoulders. And then, imagine what it must feel like to be a mountain. Imagine the feeling of being broad across the earth, literally rising up from the earth, and reaching, at the same, upwards towards the sky.

Tadasana- Samasthiti, aka Mountain, Hill, Equal Standing
This is the foundation of most Vinyasa sequences and most yoga poses in general. The alignment cues learned here can be referenced and reinforced throughout the practice.
