Three Questions/No Answers
There are three questions that are part of this query. Start by asking the first question, and maybe only that question for several days/weeks until it starts to become clearer. This may be challenging, but try not to answer the questions analytically. Ask and listen. Be open and curious. Journaling may be a useful tool to reflect on what came up during the meditation.
